*When assuming that ATHELAS is a client.

Immediate start

Instructions are registered immediately.

Scheduled start

Instructions are registered on the specified date. (There is no limitation for the date.)

Waiting start

Instructions are not registered, but it starts by operation or a schedule function.

*On client mode, processing is started automatically at the specified date in using schedule function of ATHELAS.
*On server mode, the distribution is held until the specified date. (A request is rejected even if it is received from partner before the start date.)

The count and the interval of retry are settable for each communication partner.
It is able to change the address of connection automatically by round-robin processing at communication troubles, if the secondly address is set.

Bringing together the received files into one

The function of appending puts together the received files into one file.
The unit to append is a business.

Hooking up to the following business by "cutoff"

The received file is once closed by cutoff, and is hooked up to the following business.
The hookup to following business is executed by starting an application that was set before, same as normal business hookup function.
The received data after cutoff is appended to the file in next cutoff.
For example, when the order data in the order business are cut off, they are able to be processed at one time.

Cutoff methods

Specified time cutoff

By using with a schedule function, cutoff is processed at specified day / specified time.

File count cutoff

If the file count is set, cutoff is processed when the count of files comes to the amount.

Forced cutoff

Cutoff is instructed from the operation management window.

*As for any method above, there is no limitation for the number of times of cutoff in a day.

It is used when irregularly generated sending data is brought together according to destination and file kind, and sending it at a time.

Logically appended sending(On server mode)

Function to send multiple standby files that pass the start date as one file at one session when the sending request is received from server.

Broadcasting(Sending)

Broadcasting sending files is a function to send a certain sending file to multiple destinations at one time.There is no need to register the sending data for each destination.
All you need is to specify the multiple destinations when register the sending information to ATHELAS.

Broadcasting(Receiving)

Broadcasting receiving files is a function to receive the same kind file from multiple destinations on client mode at a time.

Terminal grouping

By setting terminal group, it is possible to register the distribution by specifying the terminal group.The distribution at specifying the terminal group means broadcast sending / receiving to all terminals in the group.

Calendar

There is a calendar function as another offered function of the schedule.
The working day (service day) and working hours (service hours) of partners can be defined by setting calendar information for them.
Outside business hours (service overtime), the distribution to the partner is deterred.

AES

AES is a next generation's encryption standard that replaces DES. This is a secure encryption scheme that accepts 128, 192, 256 bit-encryption keys and cannot be decoded easily.
It is widely used for communication devices.

Example of use

Encrypting at sending side and decrypting at receiving side can keep the data confidential during transmission.
This tool has to be installed in both side of sending and receiving side.
