EDI MIDDLEWARE | ATHELAS | FUNCTIONS

To login the ATHELAS operation window, you can use web browsers.

Once Java Plugin is installed in the web browser, it is easy to operate from PC on the network.

For system operation, it controls access authority by the user.

Time changes	Changing the start date of standby file.
Restart of file after retry stopped	Restarting the file that was aborted on client mode.
Stopping file during retry	Canceling the file that is waiting for retry on client mode.
Resending previously sent files	Resending the file that had been sent previously.
Reinstruction to previously received file	Reinstructing the receiving instruction to the file that had been received previously on client mode.
Receive instruction on client mode	Instructing the receiving instruction on client mode.
Change the retransmit mode	Changing initial / retransmit division.
File delete / restore	Deleting the file registered, or restore it.
File hold / release	Holding the file registered, or releasing it.
Start the waited file	Starting the registered file as wait mode.

Grouping of files by "business"
The concept of "business" adopted for the multiple files for the purpose of controlling as one group in ATHELAS.
Distribution operation is going to become easily by using business well.

Function	Explanation
Start/Stop business	Starting and stopping the business are directed. The distribution files associated with this business are suspended during it is stopped.

Function	Explanation
Terminal status	Starting and stopping the terminal are directed. The distribution files toward this terminal are suspended during it is stopped.
Terminal access permission	Setting connectable and acceptable of access for the terminal.
File transfer control	Setting availability of sending and receiving for the terminal.
Validity Period	Setting validity period of the terminal. When out of the validity period, the distribution to this terminal does not process. It is useful when setting new terminal or gets rid of terminal. Calendar (Schedule option)
Calendar (Scheduling)	It is able to set working date for each terminal. When out of the work, the distribution to this terminal does not process.

Function	Explanation
Terminal settings	Setting for the terminal to send/receive. Specifying each/all terminals.
Business settings	The different ATHELAS business can be specified for each file.
Cleanup warning	Setting for the warning day before file cleanup.
File retention day	Setting for the retention day of the distribution files of Idle/processed status.

Function to notify operation messages or error messages of ATHELAS to the external application or the monitoring system.

The message of notification target is selectable freely from the ATHEAS operation management window.
As for notice method, the three methods, SNMP Trap, Windows event logs, and fixed file output are supported.

SNMP Trap

The notification by SNMP Trap is done to the external monitoring application supported SNMP.

Microsoft Windows event logs

Notifying to the event logs of Microsoft Windows. The content of notice messages can be confirmed from event viewer.

Fixed file output

ATHELAS is a reliable middleware package for EDI data transmission.
